Zeonmy – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zeonmy platform, website, games, services, promotions, and cryptocurrency transaction systems (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, wagering, or using any service provided by Zeonmy, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

Zeonmy operates as a cryptocurrency-based online gaming platform registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Account” means a registered user account on the Platform.
“Player”, “User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual accessing or using the Platform.
“Company”, “Zeonmy”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Zeonmy.
“Games” refers to all in-house proprietary games made available on the Platform.
“Balance” means the amount of cryptocurrency associated with your Account.
“Bonus” means any promotional balance, reward, cashback, rakeback, referral reward, or promotional incentive.
“Wager” means any bet or stake placed using available balance.
“Withdrawal” means any transfer of cryptocurrency from your Zeonmy account to an external wallet.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Your use of the Platform does not violate any laws applicable to you.
You are using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You are not acting on behalf of any third party.

Zeonmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of violating eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain Platform features, you must create an Account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep such information updated.

Only one Account per person is permitted unless explicitly authorized by Zeonmy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Multi-accounting
Account sharing
Use of false or misleading information
Selling or transferring accounts
Use of stolen wallets or payment sources
Automated betting or bot usage
Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities

Zeonmy reserves the right to suspend, limit, or permanently terminate Accounts involved in prohibited activities.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials.

Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed authorized by you.

Zeonmy shall not be liable for losses caused by:

Unauthorized access
Compromised devices
Phishing attacks
Malware
Weak passwords
User negligence

You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

5. Cryptocurrency Usage

Zeonmy operates exclusively using cryptocurrency.

The Platform currently accepts only:

USDT (TRC20)
USDT (BEP20)

No fiat currency deposits or withdrawals are supported.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that deposits are sent using the correct supported network.

Deposits sent using unsupported networks may be permanently unrecoverable.

6. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is $5 USD equivalent in USDT.

Deposits are credited after sufficient blockchain confirmations.

Zeonmy is not responsible for delays caused by:

Blockchain congestion
Wallet provider issues
Incorrect transaction details
Network interruptions

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.

7. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is $5 USD equivalent in USDT.

The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is $500 USD equivalent.

All withdrawals are subject to manual review by the Zeonmy team.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed, rejected, or canceled for reasons including but not limited to:

Security reviews
Suspicious activity
Technical issues
Abuse investigations
Violation of these Terms

Users are solely responsible for providing correct wallet addresses.

Once a withdrawal is processed and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

8. KYC and Verification

Zeonmy does not require mandatory KYC verification for ordinary Platform usage.

However, Zeonmy reserves the right to request identity verification at any time in cases involving:

Suspicious activity
Fraud prevention
Multi-account investigations
AML reviews
Security concerns
Disputed ownership
Unusual withdrawal activity

Verification documents may include:

Government-issued identification
Selfie verification
Proof of wallet ownership
Source-of-funds documentation

Failure to complete requested verification may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

9. Games

Zeonmy offers proprietary in-house games only.

The Platform may include:

Crash games
Multiplier games
Instant games
Probability-based games
Other internally developed gaming products

Game rules, payout structures, and mechanics may change at any time without prior notice.

Certain games may include provably fair verification systems.

Provably fair functionality may not be available on all games.

By participating in Games, you acknowledge and accept all game mechanics and risks associated with wagering.

10. Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software error, server malfunction, exploit, bug, incorrect payout, or technical failure, Zeonmy reserves the right to:

Void affected wagers
Reverse winnings
Adjust balances
Suspend gameplay
Temporarily disable Games

Any winnings resulting from malfunctions shall be considered invalid.

11. Bonuses and Promotions

Zeonmy may offer bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, rakeback, leaderboard rewards, or other promotional incentives.

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a default wagering requirement of 50x before withdrawal eligibility.

Certain promotions may contain separate or modified wagering requirements which shall override the default requirement.

Zeonmy reserves the right to:

Modify promotions
Cancel bonuses
Restrict eligibility
Void bonus winnings
Revoke rewards obtained through abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

Multi-accounting
Exploitative betting
Arbitrage wagering
Coordinated gameplay
Risk-free wagering strategies

12. Multi-Accounting

Only one Account per individual is permitted.

Zeonmy may use automated and manual detection systems to identify linked Accounts based on factors including:

IP addresses
Device fingerprints
Wallet activity
Browser identifiers
Gameplay behavior
Network patterns

If multi-accounting is detected or suspected, Zeonmy reserves the right to:

Suspend all associated Accounts
Confiscate bonuses
Void winnings
Restrict withdrawals
Permanently ban involved users

13. VPN Usage

VPN usage is permitted.

However, VPNs may not be used to:

Circumvent Platform restrictions
Abuse promotions
Conceal fraudulent activity
Evade enforcement actions
Create multiple Accounts

Use of VPNs for abusive or deceptive purposes may result in Account termination.

14. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

Manipulate Games
Use bots, scripts, or automation
Exploit software bugs
Abuse promotions
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with Platform infrastructure
Engage in fraudulent behavior
Launder funds through the Platform

Zeonmy reserves the right to investigate any activity deemed suspicious.

15. Anti-Money Laundering

Zeonmy maintains internal anti-money laundering and fraud monitoring procedures.

The Company reserves the right to:

Monitor transaction activity
Review wallet histories
Restrict suspicious transactions
Freeze balances pending investigation
Reject deposits from high-risk sources

Use of stolen funds, hacked wallets, sanctioned wallets, or illicitly obtained cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including:

Branding
Logos
Graphics
Interfaces
Source code
Software
Game designs
Animations
Audio
Features

are the exclusive property of Zeonmy.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse engineered, or commercially exploited without written authorization.

17. Service Availability

Zeonmy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

The Platform may become unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Technical issues
Cyberattacks
Blockchain failures
Infrastructure outages
Third-party service interruptions

Zeonmy shall not be liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeonmy shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of cryptocurrency value
Trading losses
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Data loss
Blockchain network failures
Third-party wallet failures

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeonmy, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Illegal activity
Abuse of the Platform
Third-party disputes
Regulatory claims

20. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction relating to cryptocurrency transactions or gaming winnings.

Zeonmy does not provide tax advice.

21. Account Termination

Zeonmy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion.

Reasons for termination may include:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent behavior
Abuse of promotions
Security risks
Suspicious financial activity

Upon termination, Zeonmy may:

Freeze balances
Void bonuses
Cancel pending withdrawals
Restrict future access

22. Privacy

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of technical and transactional data including:

IP addresses
Device information
Wallet addresses
Login activity
Gameplay data
Transaction history

Such information may be used for:

Security purposes
Fraud prevention
Platform improvement
Internal analytics

23. Dispute Resolution

Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes directly with Zeonmy through internal support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, such dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Zeonmy shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

Natural disasters
Cyberattacks
Internet outages
Government actions
Blockchain disruptions
Infrastructure failures
Power outages

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Zeonmy regarding use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

27. Modifications to Terms

Zeonmy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
