Zeonmy – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Zeonmy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal and technical information of users (“you”, “your”) of the Zeonmy platform, website, games, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

This Policy operates alongside our Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms have the meaning given in the Terms.

Zeonmy is operated as a cryptocurrency-based online gaming platform registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Platform securely.

1.1 Account Information

  • Email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Display name (if provided)
  • Password hash (Argon2id; the plaintext password is never stored)
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Two-factor authentication state

1.2 Technical Information

  • IP addresses
  • Device and browser information (user agent, screen resolution, language)
  • Operating system
  • Session tokens and cookie identifiers
  • Browser fingerprint signals used for security and multi-account detection
  • Approximate geolocation derived from IP

1.3 Financial Information

  • Cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal addresses
  • On-chain transaction hashes
  • Deposit and withdrawal amounts
  • Internal balance history

The Platform operates exclusively in USDT (TRC20 and BEP20). We do not collect bank account, credit card, or other fiat payment data.

1.4 Gameplay Information

  • Wagers placed
  • Game outcomes and settlements
  • Session activity (start/end times, games played)
  • Promotional and bonus activity

1.5 Verification Information

We do not require mandatory KYC for ordinary use. However, where verification is requested (as described in Section 8 of the Terms), we may collect:

  • Government-issued identification
  • Selfie images
  • Proof of wallet ownership
  • Source-of-funds documentation

Verification material is processed only for the specific review, retained for the minimum period required to satisfy our compliance obligations, and protected by access controls.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

The Platform uses first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for operation. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

  • Session cookie (__Host-sid) — identifies your authenticated session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict.
  • CSRF cookie (__Host-csrf) — protects state-changing requests against cross-site request forgery. Secure, SameSite=Strict.
  • Local storage — used for non-sensitive UI preferences (chosen display currency, sound state, tutorial completion). No credentials are ever stored client-side.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

We process your data on the following legal grounds:

  • Performance of contract — to provide the services you request when you register, deposit, wager, or withdraw.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Platform, detect fraud and abuse, and operate our business.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorism-financing, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Consent — for any optional processing where consent is required; you may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Zeonmy does not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — infrastructure, hosting, blockchain node, and email-delivery providers acting under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Compliance partners — anti-money-laundering and chain-analytics providers used to screen deposits and withdrawals.
  • Legal and regulatory requests — where required by valid legal process, court order, or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over Zeonmy.
  • Protection of rights — to investigate fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect the safety of users.
  • Business transfer — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent confidentiality protections.

On-chain transactions are by their nature publicly visible on their respective blockchains; this is inherent to cryptocurrency and is not data we share but data that exists on the public ledger.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

  • Account data — for the life of your Account plus a reasonable period after closure to satisfy compliance and audit requirements.
  • Financial and transaction records — retained for the periods required by applicable regulators (typically not less than five years).
  • Security and audit logs — retained for the period required to support fraud, abuse, and security investigations.
  • Verification documents — retained only as long as required for the specific compliance review and applicable regulatory retention rules.

When data is no longer required, it is deleted or pseudonymised. Aggregated and anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.

7. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including:

  • HTTPS encryption (TLS 1.2+) for all client-server traffic
  • Argon2id password hashing
  • HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite session cookies
  • Content Security Policy and strict CORS rules
  • Rate limiting and brute-force protection
  • Server-side cryptographic key isolation for hot wallets
  • Role-based access controls and audit logging on administrative actions

No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the security of your own credentials, devices, and recovery information.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and our compliance obligations, you may:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete — request closure of your Account and deletion of personal data. Some records (financial, AML, audit) must be retained for the periods required by law; these are kept pseudonymously where possible.
  • Restrict or object — request that certain processing be restricted or object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Portability — request a machine-readable export of the data you provided to us.
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.

You can manage many of these directly from your profile page: update your email, change your password, list and revoke active sessions, enable two-factor authentication, and request Account closure. For other requests, contact us using the details in Section 13.

9. International Transfers

Zeonmy operates from Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. Where this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards consistent with this Policy.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, or under the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher. We do not knowingly collect data from such individuals. If we discover that an Account has been opened by a minor, we will close it and delete the associated data, retaining only what is required for compliance.

11. Automated Decision-Making

We use automated systems to detect fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and other violations of the Terms. Decisions with significant effect on your Account (such as suspension or withdrawal restriction) are subject to human review on request.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
